How do I enter my phone number at checkout?
Add the plus sign (+) followed by your country code. For Sweden that would be +46 xx xx xx xxx or for the US it would be +1 xx xxx xxx xx
Which countries do you ship to?
Add items to your cart, and go to checkout. At the checkout page you can browse which countries we ship to. If you can’t see your country, feel free to contact us for more information.
What is the shipping cost?
Scandinavia: 3,95€ Europe: 7,95€ Rest of the world: 9,95€
Shipping outside of the EU, does prices at checkout include customs, duties and/or taxes?
Sweet SKTBS deliver from Sweden, which is an EU country, and if you are outside of the EU you will most likely be charged import fees when receiving the package. These fees are outside of our control, and we are unable to cover them for our customers outside of the EU. With the exception of Switzerland and the UK, where we cover the import fees.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The normal delivery time is 2-5 workdays within Europe and to the US. To other parts of the world it’s usually 4-6 workdays.
How do I return my order?
If you’re not happy with the items you have received you can return them within 30 days if the items are in their original condition and labels still attached. Return the package by placing the pre-printed return label in a visible place, and return it at your nearest service point.
When can i expect my money back?
When returning an item it can take up to 10 days for us to process it. After that you will get a refund to the same account you used for payment.
Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is 3,95 EUR within Scandinavia, 7,95 EUR in rest of Europe, and 9,95 EUR in the rest of the world.
