The normal delivery time is 2-5 workdays to within Europe and to the US. To other parts of the world it’s usually 4-6 days.

Trace your order

As soon as we ship your order you will receive a link for track and trace. If you haven’t received this you probably entered your e-mail address incorrect. No worries, just e-mail us at info@sweetsktbs.com.

Returns

If you’re not happy with the items you have received you can return them within 30 days if the items are in their original condition and labels still attached. You will use the included pre-printed return label by placing it on the package and return it at your nearest service point. Please note that a return fee will be deducted from your refund. The fee is 3,95 EUR within the Nordics, 7,95 EUR in rest of Europe, and 9,95 EUR for all countries outside of Europe. We will refund your money as soon as we have taken care of your return.
